"I worked with Matt at the durango office. He was kind and patient and informative. It's too bad my insurance adjuster was horrible. He had no compassion nor did he care about how I was. I'm seriously thinking about going to progressive insurance. I've gotten a few calls from progressive insurance adjuster checking in on me. He cared. State Farm insurance adjuster didn't care, frankly I believe he should work for trump and musk, he'd do good there."

"Buyer beware. We recently had a sewer back up, damaging our carpet, wood and drywall. We’ve paid State Farm for 14 years, and they are telling us we are not covered. Denise Elliott wrote the policy for us which we have paid diligently. They’re telling us we’re not covered for this disaster. adding insult to injury Denise has been busy for five days straight without a return phone call"
" Jo, I'm very sorry to hear about the denial of your claim with your rental home and I apologize for not being able to reach you sooner. To clarify, there is no sewer back up endorsement available on Rental Dwelling properties. This coverage is only available for homeowners’ policies, meaning coverage for that type of claim for this type of policy is not available for us to offer. I do make an effort to follow up on client requests as promptly as possible, especially when regarding a claim. In this instance, I was unfortunately at a conference out of state and wasn't notified of the situation until your husband requested it be escalated to me after his fourth visit with our office. I empower my staff to have the knowledge and capability to navigate these situations while I am away and trust that the information they provided was accurate, which it was. I appreciate the time you took to discuss your concerns with me, and I want to make sure you feel taken care of by State Farm moving forward. "I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over twenty years and I have never had this kind of experience with a State Farm agent. Honestly, it is has been horrible. Even when notified of abherrent issues, their agent failed to remedy the situation even though they were notified multiple times. The agent herself was notified that someone filed an insurance claim under my policy. falsely and 18 months later, she has never take care of the issueI have never had such a negative experience with a State Farm agent. My experience is that State Farm agents are very responsive. Denise Elliott is the negative exception. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere for insurance. Denise- I am dismayed but not surprised that Denise Elliott's office claims to not have received any phone calls from me when the records were presented to you and I have evidence that the policy was indeed changed through your office. Firstly, the claim was filed by someone that was not on my policy and that was the issue and has never been corrected. This has now become a legal issue because you refused to respond."

My guess is when you filed your prior claim they gave you a contact number and continued to call that number rather than my personal office, which is why I wasn’t able to return your calls. I wasn’t receiving them. I’m truly sorry for any misunderstanding and regret that I couldn’t assist you further. Please know that I always aim to respond to every call I receive. I contacted Denise Elliott's office multiple times when I discovered that someone had files two accidents under my policy when the individual was not on my policy and I have documentation to show this. I never even received a follow up call from Denise Elliott regarding the matter. Now, eighteen months later, I have discovered that the matter was never taken care of and I have been charged higher premiums because of it. My experience is that State Farm agents are very responsive. Denise Elliott is the negative exception. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere for insurance."

"For the second time this office has replaced car and truck parts with inferior reconditioned parts. My truck front grille looks like tinfoil and my 2 Audi Q5 wheels were estimated with two inferior reconditioned rims that wouldn’t match the Two factory wheels. I had to pay over $800 to get the correct factory wheel replacements to match what I had. State Farm is way overated and will repair your car with low cost junk."
